Policy Statement
Bingwa Security Company Ltd is keen on building an organisation's culture
which recognises, promotes and respects international human rights above
board. We endeavour to remain firm on implementing this policy as our
responsibility to comply with the laid down human rights regulations as
spelt out by the Central Organisations Trade Union (COTU), United Nations
Human Rights Commission (UNHCR) and International Labour
Organisations (ILO) among others.
Scope
This policy bides all Bingwa Security employees and its affiliates. All staff
are at all times expected to uphold the currently in place international
human rights laws, rules and regulations as declared by International
Labour Organisation (ILO).
Bingwa Security Company will not tolerate any form of child abuse,
mistreatment, sexual harassment or entertain recruitment of an underage
(Child labour). We will be of the view that promotes passing of laws that
prevent/ seek to deter and punish offenders of child abuse, gender-based
violence and other crimes to make sure the offenders serve as an example
to the society to discourage such acts of lawlessness.
Bingwa Security Company has and will always pay its workers at least the
minimum wages as per the applicable laws and regulations. The company
will treat all employees in an honest and fair manner. All Bingwa Security
staf are engaged through a valid employment contract clearly spelling out
the terms and conditions of service, The company commits to training of
staff before deployment.
